Erotic Destinations Site Review

Martin Krake, one of the world’s most celebrated and recognized artistic photographers, has opened a new adult entertainment website appropriately named Erotic Destinations.

When I heard the rumor that Erotic Destinations was nearly completed, I was really excited and ready to do a review even before the site was finished!! As many of you know, Martin is a featured photographer at some of the most erotic art websites located on the Internet today. Since he has contributed to the success of other sites, it is only natural that he would present his work on his own website so that all of us might enjoy a bit of heaven directly from the Master himself.

The introduction to Erotic Destinations asks this basic question:

“Have you ever heard of a photographer, who reveals the beauty of his models in an abandoned oil mill in the Province or a village of ruins in Calabria? Who has filmed a striptease at a waterfall in the mountains of Sardinia? Martin Krake does such things. Join him on his trips to extraordinary outdoor locations, accompanied by the most beautiful girls you have ever seen!”

The tour of Erotic Destinations gives a very good indication as to how Martin Krake answers that question and what kind of content is contained within the member’s area. The tour has excellent examples of the perfection one might expect from a man that makes his living from working with the world’s most beautiful models in some of the most exquisite destinations.

It is obvious that a tremendous amount of work has been invested in Erotic Destinations, which in turn allows members and nonmembers to enjoy some of the world’s most aesthetically beautiful photographic work. The tour presents an accurate account of the type of material found inside the member’s area - most importantly, some of the most divine models in the entire universe.

Do you need to be convinced of the attractiveness of the models contained in the member’s area? You just need to look at the Model Directory located within the free tour. Each of the models found inside the member’s area is listed alphabetically in the directory for easy reference. Once you locate and select a model, there are a number of sample thumbnail images from each of the photographic galleries in which she is featured. I have to tell you… those ladies are devastatingly beautiful and will take your breath away.

A unique feature at Erotic Destinations is called “Behind the Scenes” in which you are invited to read a diary of sorts that talks about the daily routine during the creation of a specific set of galleries at a given destination. You don’t need to be a member to read the destination diary… it is available as an online pdf file and as a free pdf download. The diary allows the reader to join Martin during his photographic expedition and talks about many interesting events experienced during the trip, facts about the creation of the material, humorous insights, professional advice, and very personal comments from the author and members of the production team.

The tour has about 6 pages with about three sample images on each page that you can view. Samples may be viewed as small 600×900 images and larger 1800×2500 images. I’m pretty sure you can figure that out for yourself… so lets take a look inside the member’s area.

Picture Galleries

The first thing that you see is an announcement of the three newest models, three newest photo updates and three newest video updates. That’s really a great help to ensure that you never miss a single update during your membership period.

The models are arranged alphabetically in the Model Directory with thumbnails as found in the free area of the tour. You just have to select the model, as done in the free area, and review all the galleries that are available. Unlike the free area, however, when you click a gallery thumb, you are taken to the full picture gallery.

The model page layout is designed backward in my opinion. The model’s page has a textual “Interview with the Model” first, followed by the photo sets that are three abreast at the bottom of the page. If the model also has videos, the model interview is on the left side of the page, the videos are presented top to bottom on the right of the page, and the photo sets are three abreast at the bottom of the page.

I would have preferred to have the photo sets three abreast first, followed by video thumbs three abreast, followed by the Model Interview. That way, once I have read the interview, I don’t have to scroll to the bottom of the page to get to the picture galleries.

Ok… who am I to judge? The images and videos are a delight in the art of perfection.

When you select an image for viewing, it is presented on the screen according to a personal preference setting that you can adjust when you first enter the member’s area. Images may be viewed online as 400×600, 500×750 or 600×900 sized pictures all of which open in their own windows. In this mode, it is very easy to locate that special image and do a quick download, if you desire.

If you simply love the entire gallery, feel free to download all the galleries as zip files. Zips files are offered according to image size. That means that there are three different zipped downloads for any gallery based on the image size within the zip file ranging from small, medium and large – as mentioned above. In addition, there is a maximum sized download with images in their original resolution of up to 2000×3000 available for those with a fast Internet connection and who want to print the images for their personal use. Personally, the 600×900 is big enough for viewing if the monitor is set at 800 or 1024.

The number of galleries for each model can be determined by reviewing the Model Directory in the free area. The same directory is located inside the member’s area – so there are no surprises.

Video Galleries

The video material of Erotic Destinations is not the work of Martin Krake, but rather a close personal friend of his named Marek Rosenberg, who is a professional cameraman from Berlin. Videos are filmed from a number of different angles and professionally edited to present a very pleasing end result. All videos are available in the large format of 720 x 528 pixels, but personally, I found some pixation when viewing some of the video at that resolution and reduced the viewing screen a little to improve the overall appearance of the images.

According to the tour, “… video clips can also be downloaded and viewed offline as WMV- and DivX-files. You can view the clips as often as you want, even after the expiration of your membership.”

Erotic Destinations is updated approximately every other day with one new photographic gallery or one new video. That might not sound like it is very often, but you have to remember that Erotic Destinations contains nearly 100% exclusive material - both video and photographic.

Erotic Destinations is one of the most elegant websites I have yet to review. Actually, I was speechless when I took a look at the tour and then entered the member’s area. The English language does not have enough words to express the absolute beauty of the models. Erotic Destinations is enchanting… presenting the charm of graceful ladies in a tasteful and aesthetically pleasing form.

If you love the beauty of gorgeous women… If you enjoy the splendor of photographic images from some of the world’s most exotic locations… You really should consider a membership at Erotic Destinations.
